The worst ever I have experienced for an auto service place, at dealer or independent. They had my car for a week and never touched it, even lied that they needed a different mechanic to look at it. They had parked the car outside on the street too close to a fire hydrant and the car had gotten 3 tickets because of that and then got towed. They got the car back and then worked on it. Took me another week dealing with them so that would get to paying the 3 tickets they got on the car. More

I brought my car in for service at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge and was greeted with courtesy and professionalism as always. Brian assisted me and assured me that problem would be solved and if anything furt Dodge and was greeted with courtesy and professionalism as always. My car was serviced faster than expected and Brian even noticed that my inspection sticker was about to expire and took care of this also. Brian is outstanding!
