Early morning walk in with no appointment. Greeted right away and checked in by a friendly service advisor who delivered my car brought in for an oil change in record time. I was able to get back to work a away and checked in by a friendly service advisor who delivered my car brought in for an oil change in record time. I was able to get back to work and it saved me from having to use up a half day. More

My experience was bad due to the amount of time it took for my car to receive its parts and Hyundai not offering a rental in the mean time. It was also due to the lack of communication from Christina who p for my car to receive its parts and Hyundai not offering a rental in the mean time. It was also due to the lack of communication from Christina who previously handled my car, she would not return texts or calls sometimes for you to 10days, very frustrating. When Jay Jussal took over my situation he was very diligent and responded quickly and no understood that I have been left without a car for over two months. He helped me resolved not only the issue at hand and offered a rental, which I didn’t need after all but also helped me with a follow up situation of my check engine light being on 3 days after leaving the dealership. All in all, it was a bad experience turned great and I’ll continue to service my car at Puente Hills Hyundai. More
