Jay J did a great job explaining all of the items being serviced. He contacted me with updates and when the car was ready. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and patience. My only re serviced. He contacted me with updates and when the car was ready. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and patience. My only request would be for the dealership to update their invoice software to show which items are charged to the customer and which ones are under warranty. For instance, I had an item that was covered by a 3rd party warranty with a $50 deductible, but that isn't mentioned on the invoice so the totals don't match up. More
