Easy Service Encounter When I brought my car into the service center, Jay was familiar with the issue that I expressed. A bit short staffed, but overall a good experience The staff was very nice and the after service if the car wash was done very well. The only thing I would mention is that I had to wait 15 mins before The staff was very nice and the after service if the car wash was done very well. The only thing I would mention is that I had to wait 15 mins before a service staff member could even get to me is a bit too long to wait just to drop off my car. I think you need more staff. More

Great service! Recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson a few weeks ago and didn’t notice until the next day that there were scratches on the glass covering the speedomet Recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson a few weeks ago and didn’t notice until the next day that there were scratches on the glass covering the speedometer. Called my sales person back and told him the problem. He said normally that part isn’t covered under the warranty but he said he would talk to the service manager. I was contacted a day later and was told to bring the car to them in puente hills because another Hyundai dealer would not honor the service request. Brought the car in and after a few hours my car looks amazing! No more scratches! And the even washed my car after the service! I wish they were closer to me so I can do my normal service appts with them, unfortunately they are over an hour away. Thanks for the great service puente hills Hyundai!! More

They couldn't find the problem. My car has an issue with the left turn signal. They say nothing is wrong, but something IS wrong. Tech can't find the problem. Hyundai refuses to My car has an issue with the left turn signal. They say nothing is wrong, but something IS wrong. Tech can't find the problem. Hyundai refuses to just replace everything that could b wrong. So apparently my 100,000 warranty is not so useful after all. More
