Service on 10/26 Took my car in for other repairs and advisor said my car didnt turn on when they wanted to start it. As I was in waiting room he saw me and.said that Took my car in for other repairs and advisor said my car didnt turn on when they wanted to start it. As I was in waiting room he saw me and.said that I needed a new battery...then let me know again that I didn't need one...i was confused at this moment...so I was called to pick up my car and the next day I got stranded on freeway...Guess what...it was the battery...if I needed a battery why wouldnt I be told I needed one with an accurate certain answer...I left the dealer very uneasy...I think we pay enough money by taking car to the dealer so we dont get a proper response. I ended up.towing my car to another Hyundai dealer...when I got there i showed then the paper work I was given...on a check off list it showed battery was marked off good but not slip receipt where battery was ran/checked was given to me.The service advisor at Hyundai where car was towed said they must always provide customer with that slip which i was never given...Jay Jussal was very helpful and I appreciated all his help...not saying the battery issue was his problem...I'm sure the diagnosis came from the technicians who did the work on my car. More
