Clean and friendly Took my Tucson in for two recalls. Jay was very helpful! Had an appointment but it took 1 hour for the mechanic to start working on my car. One rep Took my Tucson in for two recalls. Jay was very helpful! Had an appointment but it took 1 hour for the mechanic to start working on my car. One repair was made. A part had to be ordered so I had to come back for the second repair. Had an appointment for 12:00. Was told it would take 3-3.5 hrs. At 3.5 hrs I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I should have been offered a car to use instead of sitting for 4.25 hours. Big question, why do we make an appointment if our car will be sitting for around an hour before anything happens? I trust this dealership but in my experience it will take longer because the work doesn’t get started at the appointment time. More

I asked for an oil-change since I was there, and they added that with no hassle or delay in getting all the work done. Great service and Care compared to another Hyundai facility I went to last time.
