After purchasing my new/used car, I realized 2 things. 1. I did not receive an owners manual in print. I've asked for one and they said that they would order one, but they never did and when I went in 1. I did not receive an owners manual in print. I've asked for one and they said that they would order one, but they never did and when I went in again they said they didn't know what I was talking about and that they couldn't do that. 2. They did not give me the correct value for my trade in, but they were able to rectify this. After this, I waited a month for my registration. It never came in the mail and after going up they responded with "oh, it is right here in your file." No call, email or text that they had it. The service department has been wonderful. More
