I recalled Jay's unique and helpful approach when I purchased a late model RAV4 about 7 years ago. I knew then to save his contact info in case I should ever need assistance in purchasing a car or truck in the future. Jay is a seasoned sales professional who cases deeply for his customers and works relentlessly to achieve their satisfaction. I'm thankful for not only his efforts, but also those of his colleague, Abigail Luna, for the pleasant, trouble-free purchase of my new 4Runner. I traveled nearly two hours to buy my truck from Jay and Abby, and I would do so again without hesitation. I believe that fact, alone, should speak volumes about my level of satisfaction, especially with car dealerships seemingly found on every local corner.
