I purchased a CPO at another Volvo dealership that shouldn't have been certified in light of its issues. Not only did he immediately concede that there was an issue, but he took all necessary steps to remedy it. He deserves TEN stars! I have been dealing with luxury brands and their associated service departments for more than twenty years - Jay Rosen runs the best, most honest, most accommodating service department out there BY FAR!
