I purchased a new GLC300 with Edward Moore and I am so happy with his service and the experience of shopping in Silver spring Mercedes. I must admit usually when purchasing a new car it takes all day to finalize the deal. Due to the chip shortage and lack of cars on the lot, I decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with b decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with being patient. When the car arrived, the process again was smooth and quick. The car did come back from the manufacturer with the incorrect rims but the staff at Mercedes quickly corrected it and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing another Mercedes in the future from Silver Spring. More

I called Jay son a couple days ahead and asked a few questions.Then I told what wanted he forward that information to my saleperson who work with me over last to purchase. I were going in on saturday, but decide to go in couple early. Mr Lovence called me follow up with early that morning he mention that his managers state that were coming in saturday, i informed him i were on my way now he said great. Everthing from that monent were history. Cenitin, Brad and william did a amazing job get me in and out. This tranaction have been the best that i experience from any dealship and saleperon give outstanding service ever time Thank for Job well done More

My wife and I recently came to the dealership looking for a performance SUV. We were immediately greeted, I told the sales associate that I wanted to test drive and see the difference between the GLC 43 and a performance SUV. We were immediately greeted, I told the sales associate that I wanted to test drive and see the difference between the GLC 43 and 63 AMG. We talked about the cars for a few mins and then he sat down at his computer and looked up the inventory. He said that there weren't any GLC 43 AMG left (even though the website listed 4) but I understand that the website can be old information. However they did have a GLC 63 AMG on the lot. He disappeared to talk to his manager and then returned saying that I couldn't test drive the car. He said the car is expensive (listed at 96k) and that they don't offer test drives of those cars. He went on to say that people who are interested in that car know they want it and don't need to test drive it. And that the customers that buy it don't want any miles on the car so they don't allow test drives. This is very disappointing to me as I would never spend that much money on a car without driving it first. I had just come from their sister BMW dealership where I drove an X3M (listed at $85k) and I had also gone to their sister Porsche dealership where I wanted to drive a Macan Turbo and while they didn't have one on the lot the manager let me drive his personal car (worth more than the GLC 63 AMG). I don't know if the Mercedes dealership has this policy in place for everyone or they just chose to not allow me the test drive. But I'm certainly not going to choose this car over the BMW or Porsche without test driving it and now I'm going to look for another MB dealer who actually wants my business. More
