Called to speak to used sales to verify a Certified preowned vehicle was still on the lot. Spoke ith salesman, Jay Starks, who not only verified the vehicle was there, but also sent me a video of the v preowned vehicle was still on the lot. After explaining that I will not be able to make it that day, I asked if he was working the next morning, which he was so I told him I would meet him first thing when they open. At 9 AM the next morning I walked in, met and shook hands with Jay then walked out to the vehicle to look it over. After a test drive I was decided then within an hour I was driving off with my new to me certified preowned Gladiator after signing paperwork with Finance Manager, Chris Boozer. Definitely a great experience with all employees. More
