HI, I am purchasing a 2023 Rubicon 392 from your dealership. From the start I have been disappointed in the communication effort I have received, I am in NC so I can't see the vehicle in person, I h dealership. From the start I have been disappointed in the communication effort I have received, I am in NC so I can't see the vehicle in person, I have to reply on pictures and what I'm told by your staff. In the beginning I asked 3 different people for more pictures of the jeep, they all said they would send them, no one sent any. I emailed Brandon Miller some questions, and have yet to get a response from him. I just don't feel like I matter. To me $ 85,000.00 is a large purchase, I could have spent that money at a number of dealerships but I chose yours. The Jeep was advertised with a different set of wheels and tires on it than I am getting. The spare tire was taken off it and put on another Jeep which left the one I'm buying without a spare which I think is xx, so I had to negotiate to get money for a spare. Biggest complaint is when I email or text questions, I get no response until I call and they have to answer me...would I recommend Palmer, no I wouldn't...You take care of me, and I'll take care of you.....You Ignore me, and I'll forget you. More
