Great customer experience What an amazing experience! I must say due to past experiences I don’t look forward to car purchasing. However, this time around it felt like a walk What an amazing experience! I must say due to past experiences I don’t look forward to car purchasing. However, this time around it felt like a walk in the park. Test drove our car options with the family and all our questions were answered. We found the car that met our needs perfectly and not one time we felt pressured. Our sales consultant JP was so pleasant and personable, was with us patiently through all the process. Post-deal service is phenomenal! Being new to MB technology JP knew to follow up with us and make us comfortable when asking car setting questions. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and joining the Mercedes-Benz family of Cutler bay, FL. Loving our E300, too bad it doesn’t automatically fill up with gas lol Keep up the great job team! More

I heard good things about this dealership so I decided to give them an opportunity to earn my business. From the moment I walked in the dealership, I was treated like family. JP was extremely knowledgeable about the multiple vehicles I test drove and all the technology the cars had to offer. After test driving the cars, I told them I needed a little time to think on it. Usually, most car salesmen will try to pressure you into making a purchase on the spot but on the contrary, JP did not try to pressure me into making a rushed decision because of his confidence in the MB product. His attitude was refreshing and in the end, it was one of the biggest reasons why I elected to choose Mercedes for my next lease. Overall, the experience was great and I have already recommended to my friends and family to go by and see JP next time they are in the market for a new car! More
