I don't know who Scott Johnson is, so not sure how to rate him. Jean was awesome! He was honest and direct with me, and I really appreciated that he spoke to me about the purchase and not my husband (y rate him. Jean was awesome! He was honest and direct with me, and I really appreciated that he spoke to me about the purchase and not my husband (you'd be surprised how many people still assume the "man" is in charge). Jean made the whole process so easy. I particularly liked the relationship with CarMax. I feel like we got a very good price and a great value with my new Sorento. For Scott Seifried, I know its his job to push the warranties, but this part was the longest part of the whole process. I found it odd that it took longer to go through his part than the overall sale of the car. More
