I thought I would drop in and ask if there has been any headway in the Scout GPS problem we have been having.After explaining things to J.Blair, She made us comfortable then returned with Jeremy Coffelt, He in turn brought out Jon Thompson, they had already figured out how to solve our problem. We were shown two vehicles that met our needs and actually surpassed any and everything else we had in mind!!!! Jeremy put us into a new Tacoma with the GPS I originally wanted, the extras were icing on the cake. I have never been so impressed. It even brought me to tears, I felt that I were the only customer at Toyota. We are Grateful beyond words. Thank you. Jim & Patty M. More

Great people at Elk Grove Toyota! I've had too many cars in my life so far. Sometimes I only keep them for a couple of years because needs and wants change. I've been getting cars fr I've had too many cars in my life so far. Sometimes I only keep them for a couple of years because needs and wants change. I've been getting cars from this company since they were Florin Road Toyota back in 1977, buying a used 1975 Toyota Land Cruiser. They have always been very professional and respect me like I'm a member of their family. I've never had any problems with anyone that worked for Florin Road Toyota or at Elk Grove Toyota. I've had many different cars and 4x4's, convertibles, cars with T-Tops, sports cars, domestic luxury cars and high end imports from many dealerships in the greater Sacramento area. Many motorcycles and a couple of boats too! I am now on my fourth Toyota and I'll come back to Elk Grove Toyota for my next car also. Thanks to all at this dealership for always going the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. PS: I've only checked a few of the people that I've talked to or worked with. Everyone goes out of their way to help you. More
