We’d been looking and waiting for the right deal for several months and then we found the exact car with the right package for the right price. Jeremy made it all happen and the whole team at Elk Grove several months and then we found the exact car with the right package for the right price. Great price and service I drove over 2 hours from Sonoma County to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma 4X4 for one of my salesmen because the price made it worth it. Once I arrived, I drove over 2 hours from Sonoma County to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma 4X4 for one of my salesmen because the price made it worth it. Once I arrived, they had the truck ready to go and I don't think it took more than 90 minutes to get the paperwork done and go over all of the features of the truck. It was definitely the fastest, most efficient experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. James was great, even answering emails on his days off. Even though James was off the day we picked up the vehicle, Jon knew who we were when we walked in the door and they made sure we were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Jeannette went over the features of the truck with my coworker while I finished signing paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! I will recommend Elk Grove Toyota to my friends and family in Sonoma County. More

I’m assuming this review is regarding my last visit for my Bluetooth. Jeannette was awesome! A+ for her customer service. She went out her way to try and help me fix the problem. When I picked up my vehicle the answer I received was my Bluetooth wasn’t working and that’s it. Not until I expressed my dissatisfaction, did I get a chance to talk to Mark and then he referred me to Jeannette. I’m only rating the sales because this review will not let me move forward. More

My sales experience 7 months ago was great. However it should had been disclosed the RAV4 would need a front break replacement very soon, $250. I had no idea what the grinding was. The first maintenance I was told the breaks were fine. The grinding continued to get louder. I drive my young grandkids in my car. The second maintenance, I needed a break job. I went to my trust mechanic, I didn’t trust your mechanics. This has nothing to do Nick, he was fine, but I would never use your service department again. More

This is the second time my experience here was horrible with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that h with the service department. After my car was there for 4 days and I was assured by Jeanette and Alvin that it was detailed I arrived to a car that hadn’t even been vacuumed, let alone detailed. Jeffrey was not helpful and Izeah was absolutely rude and dismissive. No one took ownership of the fact that the work was not done nor understood I can’t transport my child back and forth in an Uber. The expectation was that I had to spend all Saturday at the dealership with my 4 y/o child for them to clean the car or take an Uber home without a car seat for my child and have no access to a car. After I took my car home and emailed Jeannette the response was again an offer of Uber or I could rent a car so that I have access to a vehicle while Toyota corrected their mistakes. I was transferred to Brian ultimately who’s tone on the phone was just nasty. To be treated as a nuisance when I’m Toyota keeps not completing the services expected is beyond frustrating. Brian did tersely agree to give a loaner vehicle and set a service date. However, the wasted time and energy spent on this were unacceptable. To be treated so Poorly (especially with my child and elderly mother present) when Toyota created the problem was just insulting. More
