Bill Ritter was kind, helpful and made sure the lease vehicle was as close as possible to the Enclave we "built" on our computer at home. He has continued to answer any technological questions as I've been reading through the sections of the manual and Infotainment guide. JR made sure the financial details were taken care of as we closed the "deal/lease". The "working" relationship between JR and Bill was totally professional and supportive. It's great to see how well they work together while moving forward with the "sale". Please thank the driver and passenger for driving "the found new SUV" from NY state to the dealership. More
