As I walked in, this lovely lady with a beautiful smile and curly hair introduced herself to me. Very politely asked me how can she help me. Her name Christine Stauffer. She right away greeted me and asked me how can I help you and what was I looking for? Very kind and sweet lady. She made me feel so comfortable. We walked outside and she new exactly what I was looking for. She did the right picks on vehicles as if she read my mind. She's a Doll with a great sense of humor.. Loved her from the start. She was very patient, sweet, kind, honest and has great talent. She explained everything in detail. We immediately proceeded with the sale. She explained everything to me. I cried tears as she was so happy for me and hugged me. Everyone there was very nice to me. I was very, very pleased with all the services. GREAT and FRIENDLY people! Totally Disgusted and "Not a Dealer for the People" I spent 3 hours there last week with Sue, the saleswoman. She was very nice. But, when I initially called Kaitlynn told me they were running a specia I spent 3 hours there last week with Sue, the saleswoman. She was very nice. But, when I initially called Kaitlynn told me they were running a special this month. "Up to 5K more on your trade" and they told me they work with people who have had credit "blips" which is what we had. I first wanted to trade my vehicle, which I knew going in would have negative equity. KBB value was between 6500-9000. So I thought, up to 5K more than the value, that would definitely help me! Well.... NOT true ! The "Boss" as Sue called him on the phone only gave me $4500 for my Nissan Murano. So we decided to trade my husband's Avalanche in "because so many people look for them", as I was told. To this day, I still don't have a number of what they were going to give us for our truck, or the % rate the bank was offering us but they sure knew my monthly payment. Are you kidding me? How do you figure out a payment without knowing the rate??? Then they said "oh you have to bring in your paystubs so he can tell you a rate". Again, are you kidding me? you just approved it and said what my monthly payment is. Then I questioned again what the rate was, still don't know. I was called and texted multiple times to see if we were coming back out. It was an hour ride. Finally I texted and said how disheartened I was, especially since Jeff Baskin states "They are a dealer for the people". NOT..... I told them NOT to call me again or NOT to text me. They lure you in with their "Specials" then they lie, lie, lie. I will NOT be returning, ever. More
