Once I got an appointment and arrived at the dealership, service was impeccable. I felt well taken care of, and the gentleman handling my case was very communicative and helpful. Getting an appointment was service was impeccable. I felt well taken care of, and the gentleman handling my case was very communicative and helpful. Getting an appointment was very difficult, and the ladies at the front desk seemed bothered each time I reached out. I called 5 times and each time either no one answered, or answered briefly (and seemed annoyed) and transferred me to someone's voicemail or someone who was unable to help me. It was like they had no interest in helping, they were just trying to get me off the phone. So incredibly frustrating. When we arrived at the service department to pick up our vehicle, both ladies at the front desk were on their phones and seemed annoyed that they had to help us. The service department was great, but the ladies at the front desk are less than helpful and are like a hurdle you have to get over in order to get in. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. More

Service was very good. However the replacement of the aft differential only served to illuminate it from the pulsating roar I am still witnessing while driving in the vicin However the replacement of the aft differential only served to illuminate it from the pulsating roar I am still witnessing while driving in the vicinity of 45 to 60 MPH? I think it may be tires but really not sure? The tech at the dealer listened to all the moving areas while on the lift. He isolated the greatest sound to the differential. So since the roar is still there, I will assume it is tire noise? More
