I made an appointment with Bill Reudgen and was extremely satisfied with the way he handled all my questions. The professionalism and attention to detail that Bill showed me were, without question, above and beyond my expectations. He took me out for a test drive in several vehicles, pointing out each one's unique differences and features. I set my sights for the Jeep Compass Latitude and sealed the deal. I received a fair value for my T&C and a great financing deal on my Compass. All the necessary paperwork was completed without hassle and my delivery date was set to suit my schedule. On April 29,2017 I picked up my Little Red. What a wonderful experience. Bill activated my XM radio and paired my phone. He emailed me a link for owner's questions that supplemented the owner's manual. Jeff Cormier worked his magic to get me the additional services and warranties I was looking for while magically coming within my budget, all the while making me feel very welcome as we traded fishing stories and life philosophies. Warm, personable, customer oriented and efficient is only the tip of the iceberg. These guys really know how to satisfy even the pickiest customer. More

We saw a few cars that might be the one, and I put in an online request for a test drive appointment. I was contacted immediately and was able to schedule an appointment the following Wednesday. We got there, met Bill, who was expecting me, and test drove the jeep I was considering. After discussing the features most important, we decided on the right model. Bill knows every square inch of the jeep and confidently explained all the features before and after the sale. The purchase was so easy. This was not your typical sales experience that most people would expect. Bill gave me the numbers, and they fit with my budget. Their finance options were terrific and in moments, I owned a new Jeep! I am so happy to have chosen NWH and grateful to Bill for his knowledge and careful help. I love my car! Thank you!! More

After I met Bill Reudgen referred by a good friend, I didn't want to shop around at any other car dealers. Being a woman, I felt very comfortable shopping and test driving a car with Bill. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The entire team, sales manager Neil and Jeff was very warm and pleasant, down to earth, it was a very stressfree, pleasant experience. I ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee and did the delivery within 2 days. I would highly recomend Bill Reudgen, Neil and the team at NWH Dealerships to everyone.
