Ordered just the way I wanted my F150 When I started to order my F150 Lariat, we couldn't order the trailer tow mirrors with the Lariat 502A package. Once I sat down with John, Crystal and Jeff, Jeff explained that the mirrors would be part of the 502A package. I pointed out that it will be very difficult to sell the 2017 Lariats with the trailer tow mirrors on them and he agreed. After about two weeks, Ford changed the verbage in the 502A package to not include the trailer tow mirrors. At that point, I was able to order the 2017 F150 Lariat just like I wanted. Thanks so much to John and Crystal for my beautiful F150 with the big mirrors. More

Carlos was great at initially walking me through the vehicle, telling me about the options, and answering any questions I had. I returned the following day to complete the process and Chad helped Sherpa me through the final steps of the purchase. No back and forth with the pricing, personal, and very personable. Great service This was actually the second time that we purchased a car from Mr. Nemri. He is very honest in his approach and answers all of the questions you have. He gives you time to thoroughly look over any paperwork, time in the vehicle, and time to make calls on your own if needed. There is no "hard sell" at this business. The staff is friendly and displays ethical behavior toward each other. We are very ordinary people, but each of the two times we have been greeted by management. It is a welcoming atmosphere. They will work with you so that you can purchase the vehicle you need. We were referred to 5 Star by my sister because she had needed a car to transport her handicapped husband at a time when they were not prepared to buy one. This dealership found a vehicle and financing for her. Her salesman, Hector, occasionally calls her to see if she has everything she needs. We love them! More

The sales personnel, Crystal and John were truly interested in my best purchase. They went out of their way several times to go over the top with a stress free sales experience. Even the finance end with Jimmy was stress free. I have been bring my previous car for service for several years. My service adviser, Ron Baron is awesome as well. I have told several people about my experience with Five Star NRH as they were looking to buy another brand of car, now they are re-considering and thinking about taking their business to Five Star NRH. Another Amazing Job!!!!!! I was in need of a bigger car for my kids and myself. I went in to talk to Alfred to see if there was anything he could do. My credit has gotten bette I was in need of a bigger car for my kids and myself. I went in to talk to Alfred to see if there was anything he could do. My credit has gotten better since I bought my first car from Alfred, but it is still not great. Alfred cares for my kids and my needs and said he is going to help me out. We drove a couple of different cars and Alfred was working in his head what would be best for me and for my financing. He did not work this deal to sale a car, but to take care of my family needs. I do not consider Alfred as my sales person, but as family. He always has my families best interest at hand. I am a customer for life!!!! At one point I met Jeff out on the lot and Alfred introduced me to him. Alfred told Jeff that he is going to present a deal to him in a bit and that they really need to help me for my family needs. Jeff said, "we will get it done". I was amazed at the confidence and willingness to help my kids and I. Very amazing people. I had to leave the dealership to go pick up my kids from school. Alfred said, "Jeff, you go get them and come back up here and your deal will be done." After I got the kids from school, I went home to get my check stub and text Alfred. He sent me a text that said, "Good job man, approved". They were able to get me approved for 1.9%. I was floored by their work and dedication. When my kids and I got up there, we worked with Anthony. Again, I felt like family. My kids and I went into his office and he interacted with my kids and was able to make the process go so easy. There was no surprises and he gave me options and told me that I do not have to take any of them, or could take them all. Again, he showed concern for my kids and myself. He was able to work this deal and get it approved. Not just so they could sale a car, but so they could help out a family!!!! The first time I bought from Alfred, I became a customer for life. After this purchase from Alfred, Jeff, and Anthony, I feel like I am a family member for life. I will never go to any other dealership!!! Thank you for all you have done for my kids and myself!!!!! They were also very down to earth and realistic, as I filled them in on what I needed in a car. They helped me find a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. Even through a situation that was a little different in delivery; they kindly maintained their patience, kept me up to date, and had driving into the sunset with my perfect vehicle. Another name to mention is David in the finance department, he got my paperwork arranged and put together. We discussed prices/payments which,let's face it, can be a very hard thing to discuss. He made me feel like I had a voice in the matter. The day I received my new car, Carlos was so helpful in teaching me how to operate the functions in the vehicle and spent an extended amount of time reviewing details, as I am always full of questions. He didn't rush me or act put-out at all. Carlos has sold me this car, and as long as he's in this business, he'll be selling me my next. Doreen Parker and Jeff Crabtree were the best in negotiating my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. Doreen was always quick to reply to my MANY email questions prior to my onsite visit to actually purchase the car I wanted. I appreciated that very much. Jeff always helped me get the numbers right so I could afford what I wanted. Also, thanks to Ken McLemore who helped me set up my Ford Sync System. Finance Manager, Robert E. Leet, was extremely helpful in explaining my many payment options. Getting to visit, and talk with Sam Pack was an added plus.
