After closing the deal, I was prepared for the usual hard sale of unnecessary profit makers in the finance department, but was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with Jeff Dolan. Jeff was courteous and professional as he presented financing options and an extended warranty, but at no time did he try to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. Loved Marty! My son and I both went in to purchase cars. I wasn't sure if I was looking for a used or new car and my son wasn't sure if he was purchasing a new car My son and I both went in to purchase cars. I wasn't sure if I was looking for a used or new car and my son wasn't sure if he was purchasing a new car or leasing one. My son had purchased his previous Honda from Marty and strongly recommended I use him as my salesman when I was ready to purchase a new car. My current Honda had 330,000 miles so it had been awhile since I had worked with a car salesman. Marty was so patient and understanding with both me and my son. We spent a good part of the day driving cars and working with Marty on different scenarios. I will definitely contact Marty when I'm ready to purchase another car. Once we made our decisions, Jeff made the paperwork so easy and quick. I ended up with a brand new Honda CRV and my son ended up with 2 new cars. Thank you for the great experience. More
