The service advisor and mechanic don't communicate with each other while serving your vehicle. The customer are left with the shortfalls for any misunderstanding and usually have to pay more money. Pick up and delivery of vehicle was seamless and effortless. Communication was also on point and there were no issues with the service that was provided.
