The primary salesman, Thom Leibowitz, had handled my previous car dealings at another Toyota dealership, so we knew one another to some degree. The other staff and sales people--Ray Morretti, Jeff Lish and Steve Geisler--all did whatever they could to make the transaction as pleasant and respectful as possible. More
