Had preset appt. for xx. engine light ON. Suddenly my 2020 Telluride would not start, even with a AAA svc. call with booster jump. AAA towed vehicle to dealership. Wi for xx. engine light ON. Suddenly my 2020 Telluride would not start, even with a AAA svc. call with booster jump. AAA towed vehicle to dealership. With backlog schedule, the KIA svc. mgr. was able to work my vehicle in. Took 4 days for repair due to back order on starter motor. Once completed, vehicle runs fine. Excellent service by Jeff Mattson, Svc. Mgr. who kept me updated on repair progress. I am very satisfied.
