Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had at a dealership. The sales manager jeff was condescending, dismissive, and made us feel as though our concerns weren't worth his time. We looked at a 2025 dealership. The sales manager jeff was condescending, dismissive, and made us feel as though our concerns weren't worth his time. We looked at a 2025 Subaru that had a cracked and damaged bumper, along with multiple scratches and dents. Yet he maintained that the $25,000 asking price was completely fair and refused to budge even after we pointed out the condition of the vehicle. It's one thing to stand firm on a price; it's another to do so while treating potential customers as though they're unreasonable for questioning the value of a visibly damaged vehicle. We left feeling disrespected and will not be returning. There are plenty of dealerships that understand that treating customers with respect is just as important as making a sale. The entire process took far too long just to get the keys in hand. Looking back, I should have never purchased from them. Nice at the start, but extremely condescending toward the end. When I had brake issues (6 months and only 1,000 miles later), I ended up taking the vehicle somewhere else because I couldn't get the help I needed. Jeff and the customer service from both him and the service department was horrible. I won't be doing business with these guys again. If you're considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, look elsewhere. Stay away from Russ Darrow Nissan. You'll thank me later. More
