outstanding , service This was my first ever new vehicle purchase, at 59yr old. I went to other car dealers where you would stand around and wait to talk with a sale man. This was my first ever new vehicle purchase, at 59yr old. I went to other car dealers where you would stand around and wait to talk with a sale man. I was introduced to Jack Vogel, where I related the very specific requirements of the vehicle I was interested in. The next day returned my call relating that they located a truck. I went to he dealer, all my expectations were met. I was also introduced to manger Jeff O'Brian manager, where we worked out a few small details, regarding my purchase. the price was fair and no hassle. Service and returned phone calls have been prompt. I would recommend this dearer ship to people in the future. More

Great buying experience We had been working with Tony to find the exact car that was right for us. Tony very patiently assisted, and at no time did we feel pressured which i We had been working with Tony to find the exact car that was right for us. Tony very patiently assisted, and at no time did we feel pressured which is important to us. When the car we wanted was located at another dealer, both Tony and Jeff O'Brien worked late to get it for us so that we could finish the deal on a Saturday. Tony even called us on his day off just to keep us updated. They didn't make us come into the dealership just to wait around - they took care of everything by the time we got there. True to his word, the car arrived and Tony took the time to explain all of the functions and check the car over. At no time were we rushed. Thanks again, and I would highly recommend. More

I had spoken to Jeff t Jeff O'Brien and his team are pretty amazing individuals. Our experience with Currie Motors was nothing less than exceptional. I had spoken to Jeff the evening before and set up time to come and visit. There was an immediate connection felt (even through the phone) Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jeff, who addressed us by name and with a charming pleasant smile and professional handshake. Not soon after, we were introduced to Brad who escorted us not a few feet out the door to where the vehicles we inquired about were waiting for us to test drive them. Brad led us on the path to purchase. He was patient and friendly and a "nice person to do business with" The trade in offer was fair and the results ended in purchasing a 2017 XLT Explorer. Brad and Jeff co-oped and worked together to get us the rate they promised, and they held to it and honored it. Dominic in financing made the process easy and relatively quick. The trade in vehicle was paid as agreed by the dealership on the date the dealership originally stated. After almost a month of having the vehicle, Jeff contacted me tonight to follow up and see how I was doing and if I still loved my purchase and if there was anything they could do, to let them know. There's a piece of mind, when businesses honor what they say, are attentive to customers, and patient with people like myself. (I ask ALOT of questions) and lastly, the follow through either by a phone call or message through the mail or email is greatly appreciated! There's a valued perception that they care about you and will go out of there way to meet and exceed your expectations. Can't thank you enough Jeff for going out of your way. You guys are awesome! Horrible service dept. They do not return phone calls. It took four days to find out my sons car needed a new battery. He is an amputee and depends on the car which they w They do not return phone calls. It took four days to find out my sons car needed a new battery. He is an amputee and depends on the car which they were told. When we first talked to Bob in service we told him we thought it was the battery. We feel that the car was not even looked at just our opinion) speaking to other mechanics it should never take four days to figure out the battery needs to be replaced. We also just bought in March a 2017 Explorer and my son has a 2013 Escape, as of now we will not be back to purchase any more vehicles from currie if this is the best service you have to offer. More
