The service department worked their magic. They took the car in and had it back to me the the next day. Jeff Rizzi and Chelsea Jose explained what needed to be done, let me know they would get They took the car in and had it back to me the the next day. Javier Juarez was the service advisor. Very professional and attentive. I waited for the vehicle and even added on a service item after the fact. I spent well over $100K on a vehicle. It has just over 2500 miles. It has been to the shop twice. I asked for a loaner both times and did not receive it. I was not notified in advance that a loaner would not be provided. Will Mark Christopher reimburse me for the Uber costs I will incur? More
