We dropped vehicle off the night before our appt, Brendan greeted us and was very helpful. We needed our car by 10am the next day, by 9am Brendan informed us our vehicle was done ahead of schedule!! I usually have a very good experience with Crestmont, but this last time that I brought my car in for maintenance, I had a horrible experience. It took over a week for the dealer to even identify damage they this last time that I brought my car in for maintenance, I had a horrible experience. It took over a week for the dealer to even identify damage they caused to my vehicle over the course of maintenance. In addition, getting an answer or hold on anyone has been exceedingly difficult. I have also been told conflicting stories about the seriousness of the damage to my car and the speed with which it will be fixed. Jeff told me not to drive with misfiring cylinders and broken spark plugs, while another man at the desk said it was no big deal to have misfiring cylinders and that he believed I didn't even need it to be looked at. More
