I had a small warranty issue with my Genesis and Crestmont exceeded my expectations to resolve the issue. The service department is full of rude and un-helpful individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx). They don't care about fixing your car they only care about trying to individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx). I had a great experience recently at Crestmont Hyundai, as usual! They took extraordinary measures to help with a change in my schedule. When I picked up the car it had been cleaned as well.
