From the moment we stepped foot in Grand Subaru it was nothing less than welcoming and not the usual dealership vibe. Our experience started with an email inquiry and a phone call to Jeff Schade. Jeff answered all questions promptly and stayed in constant communication for any concerns we might have. No matter the time of day, he was standing by to assist. Start to finish we spent about 4 days from the initial email to walking out with the keys. No extra services or parts were forced into the sale, no gimmicky add ons. Just right down to business and what we came for, nothing more, nothing less. It has since been about a week with the new vehicle and I’ve forwarded Grand Subaru info to a handful of friends and coworkers. Will most certainly buy from here again! Glad to be part of the Subaru Famiyl! More
