Explained my cars problem to Jeff Sparks (Asst Service Manager) and he not only got my car checked out by the service department, but also came looking for me in the showroom to explain what they found and what the solution to the problem was. I would say this was above and beyond what could be expected, but this is not the first or second time that the team at Bozard Ford has treated me to this kind of service. From the person who answers the phone to the person you deal with picking up your car, Bozard makes you fell like the only customer in the store! Great experience, great team! I knew exactly what I wanted even down to the color. Searched online back in November. Jeff Young promptly responded. When he didn't have what I wanted he told me he would keep me in the system and call me when the right one came in. I was surprised when he called me several months later with the red 2008 Ford Escape I was looking for. Even though I had to travel about 90 miles one way, I am glad I did. Chase Burnett was also great to work with. Not only does he know financing, he gave us a great lead on a delightful local restaurant. As we were financing this vehicle in my company's name, Chase had to go into areas he wasn't totally familiar with. His transparancey and honesty gave me even greater confidence in him and this dealership. So many people worked together to make sure all was done correctly. There were several mechanical items I was concerned with and Jeff Young made sure three out four of them were taken care of. Even though the fourth item wasn't covered, I am very pleased with the work that was done. Jeff Sparks, the mechanic that took care of some of the problems , was very helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on with the car. Everyone at Bozard Ford treated me with high regard even though I was just buying a used vehicle. One month after my purchase, I am enjoying my Ford Escape more than I could have expected. Thank you to everyone who took the time and care to make it all happen. More
