We have been customers there for over 10 years, and have continued to have our vehicles serviced there, even after moving to Omaha. We have always been impressed with their service and always have felt that we could trust them. Recently, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. While on vacation, and on a Saturday afternoon, the air conditioner on our 9 year old CR-V stopped blowing air. The air conditioner had been replaced about a year before, so I called Honda of Lincoln and left a message wondering which parts had been repaired and if we had a warranty. Even though their service department was closed, the Service Manager, Jeff, called me from home and talked me through the repair. He even visited with the Honda service team in Florida and helped them diagnose the issue, which they had initially misdiagnosed. He also checked back in after the repair to make sure everything was working smoothly. I feel as though Honda of Lincoln doesn't just view its customers as income, they truly care about us and our well being. We will continue to service (and purchase) there going forward. More

My 17th Honda purchase I have purchased 17 new Honda's from this dealership and highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. The salesman I have purchased 17 new Honda's from this dealership and highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. The salesman hasn't pressured us at anytime. I trade cars every two years and they love to see me coming in for my new car. I just picked up my 2016 Honda Accord EX-L with Nav and the Honda's just get better every year. When I picked up my new car this time it was one of the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at Honda of Lincoln! More

Best Day Off! My wife and I puchased a new 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with all the options from Honda of Lincoln. This is our 2nd Honda and have used the service departmen My wife and I puchased a new 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with all the options from Honda of Lincoln. This is our 2nd Honda and have used the service department at Honda of Lincoln for both of our vehicles, but not the New Car Dealership. It was the most non-pressured car purchase that we have experienced since owning 6+ new cars. Everything you could want, great selection, friendly staff, all the way from the salesman (Scott S. was the greatest salesman we've encountered) to the finance department (Justin W.). Met all our questions, options, and timelines and most important of all price! No hagglingback and forth:-) Thanks for the great experience. More

Amazing buying experience When I first looked at the car I wanted the salesman didn't feel right to me. I had a follow up call from customer service the next day. The next time I went in the experience was totally different. The first sales person I talked to was great. Even though I wanted a car that was hard to get he worked with me. Before I left the sales manager talked to me and said he'd try to find the car I wanted. A text the next day confirmed how hard and fast he'd worked. After 18 phone calls to dealerships he found the car I wanted and agreed to the price I asked for. The car was delivered on my time schedule. When I picked it up I had all the help I wanted figuring out how to use the electronic equipment. If I still have questions I know I will be welcomed back. More

I had purchased a used Cadillac from Honda of Lincoln. I had a recurring issue with the passenger mirror. As this was not a Honda, the service area was unable to resolve the issue on site. However, Jeff Wil had a recurring issue with the passenger mirror. As this was not a Honda, the service area was unable to resolve the issue on site. However, Jeff Williams and his team went above and beyond to resolve this issue. They worked with another Cadillac dealer (Husker) to fix the issue, this company was extremely difficult to work with, stated they corrected the issue and did not. Jeff sat down in the car, we trouble shot the issue and unfortunately needed to take it back for service. Jeff could sense my frustration with Husker Cadillac and went above and beyond to find another dealer that could not only service Cadillacs, but were ethical and with integrity. They fixed the car the next day, Jeff took the time to make sure everything was working properly and even had a GM master tech look through the vehicle. They even detailed the car before I picked it up. Honda of Lincoln has earned a loyal customer here. I will have them service all items within their expertise from here on out. I appreciate all that they did! More

Always have had a good experience at Honda of Lincoln. Had a minor concern with some service work done on the family van, and Jeff took care of it right away, and I couldn't be more pleased. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY OF THE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE HELPED ME AT HONDA OF LINCOLN. MY TIME GOES BACK ALL THE WAY TO 1975. IN 1996 I LEASED MY FIRST HONDA FROM THE 21ST/N STREET THE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE HELPED ME AT HONDA OF LINCOLN. MY TIME GOES BACK ALL THE WAY TO 1975. IN 1996 I LEASED MY FIRST HONDA FROM THE 21ST/N STREET LOCATION. ONE OF THE REASONS I HAVE KEPT GOING BACK AND DRIVING HONDAS IS BECAUSE OF THE INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK THERE. INDIVIDUALS GREET YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND DO THE SAME WHEN YOU LEAVE. LONG AGO I RECOMMENDED TO HONDA THAT THEY USE THE PEOPLE AT "WILLIAMSON" HONDA AS TRAINERS BECAUSE OF THEIR EXPERTISE. Greg Hoag is extremely helpful and patient. He is a pleasure to work with and explains everything we want to know about the new car purchase. Jeff Williams makes us feel like valued customers even when we have multiple questions about anything Honda service or maintenance. There are a lot of choices when buying a new car, and we have been tempted to buy other brands of cars but the decision to buy a new Honda for us has been the consistent excellent service we have received at Honda of Lincoln (and of course previously at Williamson Honda). My wife's Honda had a re-occuring low tire pressure indicator lamp, the staff at Honda of Lincoln determined which tire was leaking and without an appointment worked it in for repairs and fixed this ti indicator lamp, the staff at Honda of Lincoln determined which tire was leaking and without an appointment worked it in for repairs and fixed this tire issue at no cost to us!
