Dave Rose greeted me with a smile and called me by name as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a as I drove into the service area. Before they did the last two things Dave came out to the waiting area and told me of these items that needed attention. They were done, I paid and off I went for home. Best Service as usual. It was fast and minor repair issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. I took my CRV in to have it's first oil change, and to have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever, AND my first oil change was free!!! I was also impressed with how clean the entire service area, including the service bays were, and they vacuumed out my CRV at no charge. Why can't all service departments be this clean and efficient?!! More
