I have been dealing/working with Williamson Honda for manyyyyyyy years. Their staff could easily TRAIN others at other dealerships on how to treat customers. They are far SUPERIOR to many other car deale manyyyyyyy years. Their staff could easily TRAIN others at other dealerships on how to treat customers. They are far SUPERIOR to many other car dealerships. Their WHOLE staff go out of their way to assist one from the minute you drive in for service or for any other reason. Their salesman ---mine is Larry Ellerbeck---- and the others that are on the floor are always ready to assist or help in anyway they can. The receptionist on the sales floor and the lady in the service department are always very friendly and helpful. Eric Olsen(sales manager), Jeff Williams(service manager), Scott(accountant) etc. are the best anywhere..... Respect,honesty, friendliness, forthrightness, are just a few adjectives that fit the individuals at Williamson Honda. This might be more than 25 words BUT the best deserve it................. Caleb did an excellent job working to get the vehicle we requested. This included calling other dealerships until he had found the exact color we wanted. When I came to pick up my car, nate on phone,so I was going to wait for him. Another employee walked by and said: are you here for pickup? then just go to the cashier. I told the cashier I had not gotten going to wait for him. Another employee walked by and said: are you here for pickup? then just go to the cashier. I told the cashier I had not gotten a report on my car(which usually happens even with an oil change). The Cashier had to wait for Nate to get off the phone. Nate brought the service summary and ticket, handed to me, said thanks and turned to walk away. I had to ask what exactly was done & what they found. He then was very hurried and distracted, and very quickly ran through the summary. It was the first time I had to ask what was done and what was found in all the years I have been coming to Williamsons. I spent almost $350 for the 75,000 mile check, my car was at your facility all day...I think I should have been greeted with a smile and give a through explanation of what was done to my car and what was found. I left feeling less them positive, and it was the first time in 20+ years that I left disappointed. More

The service advisor, Dave, was very helpful and set my expectations properly when he let me know the amount of time it would take to complete the service provided. I truly appreciated Dave's customer ser expectations properly when he let me know the amount of time it would take to complete the service provided. I truly appreciated Dave's customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Part of the service provided during this visit was to install a fog light kit I ordered through the Williamson Parts department. Unfortunately the parts department was not as through as I would like, they did not order the correct switch for the fog light kit and I needed to return the next day in order to have the correct switch installed. Dave had the switch installed in less than 5 minutes as he promised the day before, so please commend Dave for his fine customer service skills. More

Simple oil change an tire rotate. First time in service dept and everyone was very helpful. This oil change was free and tire rotate $21.00.
