Having been a Customer in Princeton since 1983, I was truly disappointed. It's not what is used to be. Where to begin, it used to much friendlier, more courteous and professional. The Service took a bit truly disappointed. It's not what is used to be. Where to begin, it used to much friendlier, more courteous and professional. The Service took a bit longer than expected, it happens, but the appropriate communication was lacking. That was probably the result of the fact that there was only one Service adviser, as only one Associate at the Desk. That is frankly for a Saturday not acceptable. My next scheduled Service will be hopefully better. More

I would highly suggest that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton seek out Arno Orsini. He has facilitated many purchases for my extended family over the years and has been e a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton seek out Arno Orsini. He has facilitated many purchases for my extended family over the years and has been extraordinarily helpful. He recently helped me purchase my father's GLE 450 as it was coming off of its lease. He went above and beyond to get the deal done in a timely manner. I had a very pleasant experience with the service department as well. This is a dealership that understands the importance and value of customer service. More

i WAS getting new Tire and set up appointment after my tires were done. I told Customer service that My tire appointment is 10.00 so make appointment after 11.00 but she did at 8.00 When I reach there the tires were done. I told Customer service that My tire appointment is 10.00 so make appointment after 11.00 but she did at 8.00 When I reach there they said you are late and I explain for the issue . To do allignement I have wait there for 3 and half hrs. that is not correct. I ask Manager three time he said it will done but not . Then I called his manager to complaint That is correct if I have appointment I have to wait for 4 hrs. More
