When I purchased my jeep wrangler from Salesman Glenn Hedges he told me that the service department will give you Exceptional service I really thought he was just saying that because he works there. But Glenn was not kidding Kevin Mullan has helped me a few times and I never had to call the shop to find out about the jeep .He was right on it, making sure that any issue with the vehicle was explained to me , Thats how a service dept is supposed to be. And jeff Henry has also when the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied with the service i received . Thank You Guys Keep up the good work and you will always have my families business when it comes to auto repairs. More

We bought a new 2022 Durango and a used suv the same day from Brytt and it was honestly the best experience we ever had with a dealership. Buying a new car is never easy especially with test drives of multi from Brytt and it was honestly the best experience we ever had with a dealership. Buying a new car is never easy especially with test drives of multiple vehicles, financing etc but never once’s felt rushed or pressured. Even their coffee machine is to die for. Thank you RT 18 for everything. Can’t wait to be back shortly to buy our daughters Jeep Wrangler. More

Great Service Dept, five stars. Jeffrey in service the best and Chris the manager top in his field. The only reason I go to this dealership is for service. Jeff Henry is an exceptional asset to Rute 18 Auto. He is always very helpful and kind when I have a problem or when I just need my van serviced, he knows his stuff! Originally went in for a serious mechanical issue with a previous vehicle I owned. I was terribly frustrated abs Jeff in service was super helpful and after a couple of brief conversations he hooked me up previous vehicle I owned. I was terribly frustrated abs Jeff in service was super helpful and after a couple of brief conversations he hooked me up with Bryt who is the most chill and amazing Sales person ever. Bryt and I was able to strike a deal on a ' new to me' vehicle and I couldn't be more ecstatic. Only drawback was how long it took to refund my deposit and the payoff for my old vehicle. Otherwise, I'm very thankful to Jeff and Bryt. More

I had an excellent experience today 3/4/2022 with Jeffrey henry. When I dropped off my Track he was kind and offered to have a car to take me home and bring me back when my track was ready. When I got there to pick it up and there were some issues with the paperwork but the Supervisor and the team there were quick to come to assist me and didn't leave till they made sure the issue was solved.
