I made an appointment to have some issues repaired that I was having with my 2019 Dodge Durango GT . Once it was dropped off ,Jeff the shop manager kept me updated with any and all neccessary information th was having with my 2019 Dodge Durango GT . Once it was dropped off ,Jeff the shop manager kept me updated with any and all neccessary information that he felt I need to be aware of. They did amazing work and I recommend that anyone in the central NJ and surrounding areas who may own a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler vehicle contact them if you want your vehicle handled properly and correctly. More

I bought my Jeep from this establishment, the salesperson, Jason, was very nice, not pushy, very professional and went out of his way to help. The service department I am not too happy with them, if you have to have your vehicle serviced and need to leave it, it is very very very hard to get a loaner vehicle!!!! Some of the service personnel needs to brush up on their customer service skills!! More

Power steering pump failed on My 2012 Chrysler 300c, had it towed to a licensed Chrysler dealer (noted dealership). Received call for pick-up after repair. I never left lot when I noticed a whining sound wa it towed to a licensed Chrysler dealer (noted dealership). Received call for pick-up after repair. I never left lot when I noticed a whining sound was coming from steering column. Returned to customer service desk. I was assured that sound would dissipate in time, the cause was air in steering pump lines. Later that evening, approximately 4 hours later my wife broke down on the highway with no steering. They provided tow back to dealership and loaner. Once again I received a call that my car was repaired and ready for pick-up. Upon picking up my car, The identical noise was heard coming from the steering column. Due to the holiday no one who was aware of my situation was in office. Returned and spoke to Christopher Lardieri, Service & Parts Director. No longer was I being told the whining sound would dissipate but Older cars receiving replacement parts never sound the same. "The mechanical and electrical parts on my car have been tested and meet the Dealerships standards for being repaired. I stressed my concerns about the danger of my car breaking down, With a dismissive attitude I was told the best he could do was take $500 off my bill of $4634.10. As of this posting it has been approximately three weeks and I still have not received a $500 check nor a phone call. I have no alternative but to file a claim in small claims court. More

Worst car service you can ever get. They cut you off without listening to your car issue. Never get it fixed properly and they just give you an attitude all the times.
