When I purchased my jeep wrangler from Salesman Glenn Hedges he told me that the service department will give you Exceptional service I really thought he was just saying that because he works there. But Glenn was not kidding Kevin Mullan has helped me a few times and I never had to call the shop to find out about the jeep .He was right on it, making sure that any issue with the vehicle was explained to me , Thats how a service dept is supposed to be. And jeff Henry has also when the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied with the service i received . We bought a new 2022 Durango and a used suv the same day from Brytt and it was honestly the best experience we ever had with a dealership. Buying a new car is never easy especially with test drives of multi from Brytt and it was honestly the best experience we ever had with a dealership. Buying a new car is never easy especially with test drives of multiple vehicles, financing etc but never once’s felt rushed or pressured. Even their coffee machine is to die for.
