My family and I have purchased several pre-owned Toyota’s from this dealership over the years and regularly have them serviced there. The service writers always answer my questions and provide a full explanation of needed work. I always leave feeling taken care of. More

This dealership is the only one I go to and trust! I’m the first to admit that I know nothing about cars but I know I can trust the people here - especially Jeff Krasner. I had a tire pressure light on fo the first to admit that I know nothing about cars but I know I can trust the people here - especially Jeff Krasner. I had a tire pressure light on for months and had taken it to two other places with neither being able to figure out what was wrong. Jeff & his team got to the bottom of it and figured out how to fix the issue! Cannot recommend them enough! More

Normally I wouldn’t leave a bad review but I feel like this warrants it. First off I will state that I should have had my car towed to a different garage after I found out it wasn’t going to be covered un this warrants it. First off I will state that I should have had my car towed to a different garage after I found out it wasn’t going to be covered under warranty but I didn’t and that’s that. Also let me say this is my 6th Toyota leased in a 8 year period (loyal Toyota customer). I just received my bill for a knock sensor the $110 part and about $1250 in labor (after a 10% discount). They claim that they worked on this fix for 8hrs at about $150. They did not rebuild my engine, they only replaced a knock sensor. Look it up for yourself or ask around, it’s not a 8 hour job. Basically the charged me about $600 per hour I’d guess since it most likely only took 2 hours. 2 side notes: First - I believe management is the problem not the staff that you will see face to face. Second - don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews they are all short and really with nothing to say more then the most basic stuff, why do you think that is? More

Brought my car in a second time due to shuddering /service bulletin .I waited 15 min to talk to Service manager was too busy chatting and eating his muffin to discuss the issue with my car. He sent o /service bulletin .I waited 15 min to talk to Service manager was too busy chatting and eating his muffin to discuss the issue with my car. He sent out someone else to tell me they could not duplicate the problem and that my engine needs to be replaced because oil was leaking profusely she told me to keep checking my oil. I will be calling Toyota HQ More
