I went to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn for an oil change. Martin was very helpful and courteous of my time. I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and there was several cars ahead of me that had appo change. Martin was very helpful and courteous of my time. Jeff and his team gave me the best service I could imagine. I brought my car in for service, received news it would take a day, but then was promptly given a rental. All of my issues were fixed, and t imagine. I brought my car in for service, received news it would take a day, but then was promptly given a rental. All of my issues were fixed, and the service team highlighted some future things about my car I would want to consider having done next. The service team couldn’t have been nicer and did an incredible job going around my car to let me know the overall “health” of my car. My car is older and I’m really happy to have the service I got. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will certainly be coming back soon. More
