Living about 214 miles away, I was initially hesita The BMW Store was truly outstanding. Even more impressive was my sales associate, Matt Swartz. Living about 214 miles away, I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle without seeing it in person—especially since I was particular about the color. I was looking for a maroon shade, not a bright red, and Matt went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. He thoughtfully parked the vehicle next to a true “red” BMW and sent me photos so I could clearly see the difference. That level of attention to detail meant a lot. Matt was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, the purchase was seamless from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend The BMW Store—and especially Matt Swartz—for anyone considering a BMW.
