His vehicle expertise each time has been exceptional. Especially, given the newly redesigned C-Class with all the new electronics, we needed much more hands-on form Vince and he was there for help via text messages, emails, and even on a Sunday when we accidentally called him with an Apple Car Play issue. All in all he is a valued member of a great team at Ray Catena and we recommend him highly to any perspective clients. And if that wasn't enough, I discovered that Vince and I are fellow alumni of Hofstra University on Long Island, albeit quite a few years in between our collective graduations. More
