The service department even stepped up to help get my truck bed cover switched over to the new truck while we finished the paperwork. Jennifer in finance couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Brandon showed me a car I liked, but not wanting to leap at the first one, I told him we were shopping at other dealerships, too. He didn't try to make me buy a car that day, just politely followed up with me afterward. Ended up buying the car Brandon showed me because it had all the features I wanted and more. He actually listened to what I wanted, whereas other dealerships just rapid fire showed me cars and never asked what I was really looking for. Other dealerships never even offered me a test drive or to even start up the car, and didn't explain any of the features their car had. When I noticed condensation in the tail light after it rained when I got home, I was able to text Brandon and get a service appointment scheduled. More

Everyone was very helpful and there was a large waiting room with comfortable chairs, some table chair sets, and some work stations with free wifi. They even provided coffee and donuts. Even the buying experience was amazing when I purchased the car. My mother (who was with me at purchase) has the same car but bought from a different dealer, and she commented on how much better the experience was at Klaben. I felt comfortable beginning to end both buying and servicing the car, and the service prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership for anything from buying to servicing your car! More

Couldnt be happier with Klaben! I previously had a Kia lease that I had overages on and needed to get out of...all while buying a new or used car. Based on a recommendation, I made a I previously had a Kia lease that I had overages on and needed to get out of...all while buying a new or used car. Based on a recommendation, I made an appointment with Doug Carter to see if there was anything he could do for me. He looked at my paperwork and we hammered out a deal that included covering the overages on my Kia lease, trading in an old car of mine and setting up a very fair price for a Ford Focus. I signed all the paperwork with Jen, who was very sweet and helpful, and I drove off with the Focus. After a couple of days in the Focus and having my wife take a look at it, we decided that the Focus was too small for ourselves and our child so I called Doug and asked if there was anything he could do to help me get into a bigger car, possibly an Escape. He discussed this with Mr. Klaben and they came up with a solution that allowed me to get a beautiful all black Ford Escape for just a minimal upcharge (due to the Escape being priced higher than the Focus). When I brought the Focus back to the lot, everything was already wrapped up and all I had to do was sign with Jen again. A few signatures later, I was on the road in my beautiful new Ford Escape! I couldn't be happier with the exchange and my car. Thank you to Doug, Jen and Mr. Klaben! More
