Patient, accommodating, kind, knowledgeable My wife and I visited the Tucson Subaru dealership after doing some research on their SUVs. We were initially greeted by Joe, who showed us the Subaru My wife and I visited the Tucson Subaru dealership after doing some research on their SUVs. We were initially greeted by Joe, who showed us the Subaru Ascent we were interested in. He had to leave to attend to another appointment. He referred us to Ken Murch, who showed us the Subaru Ascent and allowed us to test drive one. He was very accommodating and patient when my wife had to leave to pick up our kids. We took some time to discuss and think about our purchase and he did what he could to look for possible dealer trades. When we got our kids, we kept them occupied in the small play place on the dealership (this is very convenient for families like ours). At the end of the day, I chose an Ascent on the lot, which I am very happy with. I did not feel pressured to hurry and make a decision, but rather felt supported by the staff's expertise and knowledge. Thanks to Ken and all the supporting members of the team. I am very satisfied with my experience and my vehicle. More

TOP Notch Customer Service! Tucson Subaru (Monica) was the only one that found it with all the additions on it that I wanted. She maintained contact with me and was never pushy or annoying. She answered all of my questions and between her and Loren kept us informed. Jennifer made the financing experience easy. I came in preapproved and she found me a better rate. No one was overly pushy trying to sell me things I didn't want, but did help find the things I wanted. This is my first Subaru and when I buy another I will take the trip again to Tucson Subaru for my next Subaru. More

Very Happy I was quite unsettled at thought of new car after 14 years with my beloved 04 Forrester XT and at my current age of 75. Good experience of buying a new car. I previously had repairs and maintenance services for my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX at Tucson Subaru. When it was totaled in last October and I had only minor injury thanks to the car, I wanted to buy another Subaru. Initially, I was planning to by a used one, but at the shop I found a new 2018 Subaru WRX with a decent price. During the whole process, there all of the staff were very nice and helpful.
