Our first visits were to see and handle models that we had researched. When we finally chose the Subaru we needed to assess which model and what package. All of this took time but our sales rep was most helpful and patient answering questions and providing comparisons for us. We never felt pressured or rushed. We purchased the car on one day and due to time constraints had to return to take delivery with all of the instruction involved. Ken continued to aid and provide all the help we needed with the offer to return and have any questions answered. When we visited with the financial person she very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process move along quickly. Her good sense of humor was delightful. More
