My name is Jennifer Hess, I’m a Service Advisor here at Germain Honda of Dublin. I’m happy to have joined the Germain team in May of 2015. Prior to working in the automotive industry I supervised over dietary aides and dealt with family members directly. This helped me develop skills that I need to better assist our guest to help provide a quality experience. As long as our guest are happy, I’m happy. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I find that there are many things to do here and places to visit. We are lucky to have the Columbus Zoo not to mention several malls. After graduating from Westerville South HS I graduated from Fortis College. My two-year-old son is my world! My favorite thing is being a mommy! If I am not at work, I'm usually at the nearest park or ice cream spot with my son, Brennan. I love the ocean and warm weather. Making people happy is what I love to do! Putting my customer's needs first is a top priority to me. Come see me! I love meeting new people!

I rely on Germain’s Service. I couldn’t be without it. Service rep, Jen Hess,, is excellent, and always on top of things. There's another Honda dealership which is very close to where I live, so naturally I was getting my service done there. But it got to where I couldn't even get through on the phone to *ask* about making an where I live, so naturally I was getting my service done there. But it got to where I couldn't even get through on the phone to *ask* about making an appointment! I decided to check with Germain, even though it's further away, and they were SO helpful! It turned out to be a great experience, and I've continued going back ~ I don't even try to call the other dealership. German is my repair shop of choice! They're all so cheerful and friendly, and willing to take all the time I need to understand their explanations of the work my car needs. This last time, I had trouble entering the phone number Jenn Hess would be using to call me with updates (I wanted to recognize her calls), and she was so patient in repeating the number to me until I got it right. Jenn ~ and others in the past ~ did not pressure me at all on agreeing to the work to be done. She did emphasize why it was so important in a very clear explanation, and because I trust all of the staff at Germain, of course I agreed to it-- I know it was a wise decision. Can't recommend Germain highly enough! Hope I'll have the opportunity to deal with Jenn again, too. More
