This time I decided to take a chance with Wappingers Falls and I am so glad I did. The staff had a better understanding of what we as customers are looking for when it comes to vehicle shopping. Jennifer Korwatch set me up with the best sales team of my life. Dylan Abell worked with me to get the best possible trade-in and interest rate, I never felt pressured or like I was being treated as a walking dollar sign. David Kolozy did an excellent job showing all the bells and whistles for my new vehicle, he addressed all my questions and concerns. Damian Clavin made sure all my account information was accurate so my Entune apps and services would work flawlessly. Wadie Suleiman was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with for vehicle sales, I never felt pressured or that I was going to over pay for my vehicle, he guided me through the process and now I'm riding in a new 2019 RAV4 Adventure. The paperwork was ready for us at the door, the receptionist kindly greeted us by name, introduced us to Avi, and we were set within a few hours. DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota is to be commended for their excellent customer service. This dealership treats their employees well, the consequence is that the employees treat their customers well. Apparently the sales crew is on salary so one doesn't feel pushed into buying more than they want, or making extravagant choices. More
