Like everyone else, I started my vehicle search browsing on the internet. I found a vehicle that I was interested in and submitted an inquiry. A few days later, I received a call from the dealership. Although I intended to purchase a new vehicle, a time to do so had not been made. Within a day or two, I received a call from Jennifer about my inquiry. I explained my situation and provided the documents suggested. She had obtained financing through GM for a new 2020 truck. When I arrived at the dealership, the process took less than 30 minutes to complete. I was happy with the outcome. Great appreciation for the work the Jennifer put in to get things done quickly. Previous interactions over the years with Tom Gill Chevrolet were not favorable but Jennifer made up for that. More

***Updated*** I am changing this review to one star. If you buy a car from them, make sure they show you all the APR rates from the 3 companies they run. Don’t just assume they are giving you the best rate. I was given a rate of 7.3 from GM Financial. I just found out the Capital One offered me 5.03. I could refinance with them but then my gap insurance would be void. They must get a kickback from GMF. So pissed but lesson learned. I bet you most of these people who left reviews, don’t know they got screwed also. **Old review ** We love Tom Gill Chevrolet! Jennifer Newton’s customer service was fantastic!! We called about a vehicle I had been searching for in the morning but it was initially on hold for another couple who had entered a deposit. Jennifer let us know she would call if it didn’t work out. She called towards the end of the day to let us know it was available and held it till we could get there. We left right away and I drove away in my new Acadia a couple hours later. We live over 45 minutes away and I would gladly drive there again to shop there in the future. I highly recommend and ask for Jenn, you won’t be disappointed!! More

I bought my very first car on my own today!! I called into Tom Gill Chevrolet and was instantly feeling better about this interaction, I drove over to the dealership after work planning to just test drive a 2017 Equinox and ended up purchasing it with if the hour. Jennifer Newton was so easy to work with, answered all my questions and concerns with honest answers. I could not recommend going anywhere else!! They are even replacing my tires for me. I could not be more happy with my purchase and I look forward to many more years of great service from them. More
