Great service at Elder Ford, Jennifer did a great job, only wish Ford was more cooperative and willing to assist a lifelong customer with an obvious engine design flaw. This repair should have been cover only wish Ford was more cooperative and willing to assist a lifelong customer with an obvious engine design flaw. This repair should have been covered 100%. Ford’s customer service was extremely poor throughout this entire process. Ford’s dealerships should have better resources to advocate for the customer. More
