Waited 6 months, spoke to 2 men and made 4 trips there before my car had the part and was installed. Outrageous! The reason it happened finally was because of JENNIFER TUCKER! She simply did her job! Offering exceptional customer service. I also had the most pleasant experience with a young man by the name of Joseph Mauck while waiting clear through to leaving. These two employees are exceptional people and truly an asset to your team. They could definitely have a class with other's there and show them what excellent customer service looks like. More

Jennifer met me when I drove in and confirmed what services were needed. She delivered my washed car right after the technician had finished servicing it. This dealership has been one of the worst dealerships I have ever experienced. I have left google reviews and received calls back about an issue that I have been complaining about on multiple occasions. I have ever experienced. I have left google reviews and received calls back about an issue that I have been complaining about on multiple occasions. I recently took my car in for the heating issue and gurgling noises. The heating issue was fixed however, the gurgling noises still exist. I was told that I can schedule another appointment however on the appointment email, it showed that $199.99 was due for the diagnosis. How, I would never understand when I had picked the car up 2 days prior. The gurgling noises and the shaking issue still exist. My car’s check engine light doesn’t come on when a problem exist and there’s clearly something wrong with that also. I have purchased my car from this lot brand new and the service team seems as though they are not looking into this matter until the car breaks down. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. Jennifer was amazing by the way. More
